Earthwool® Ceiling insulation is a available in a range of R-Values to provide good energy saving properties to superior energy performance, enabling you to keep your home cool in summer and warm in winter. It’s made using recycled glass, a sustainable, formaldehyde-free binder called ECOSE® Technology and it comes in pre-cut rectangles at either 430mm or 580mm widths to suit most ceiling joist centres. Plus, installation is quick and easy as Earthwool® Ceiling insulation is super-soft and less itchy to handle and install. As well as providing thermal performance, Earthwool® ceiling insulation is extremely durable, doesn’t require ongoing maintenance and comes with a 50-year warranty.

Earthwool® Roof blanket provides thermal and acoustic insulation for both residential and commercial roofs. Condensation control can be achieved when the product is faced with a foil of the appropriate duty classification.


The Earthwool® Roof blanket and Earthwool® Ceiling batt range includes a selection of R-Values to provide builders, designers, installers and DIYers the opportunity to choose the best thermal performance for their project. Earthwool® Roof blanket and Earthwool® Ceiling batts will improve the thermal comfort and energy efficiency of the building in which they have been installed thus keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter. Super-soft to handle and install, Earthwool® is made using up to 80% recycled glass and with ECOSE® Technology, a sustainable, bio-based binder that contains no added formaldehyde.

What is ECOSE® Technology?

ECOSE® Technology is a sustainable binder based on naturally occurring organic materials, which replace the traditional petro-based chemicals used in standard insulation binders to create more advanced and sustainable products. As a result, Earthwool® made with ECOSE® Technology contains no added formaldehyde or acrylics.
